Course cancellation by Selviontarque, duplicate payments, or requests made within 48 hours of purchase with zero content access
Partial Refund (75%)
Requests within 7 days with minimal content access (less than 10% completion) due to technical or personal circumstances
Partial Refund (50%)
Medical emergencies or significant life changes with proper documentation, regardless of content access up to 25%
No Refund
Requests after 14 days, completion above 25%, or completion of live workshop sessions attended
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Cases involving medical emergencies, military deployment, or other significant life events will be reviewed individually, even if they fall outside standard guidelines. Documentation may be required for verification.
